Autostereoscopic Displays

Autostereoscopic displays are capable of displaying a 3D image without the need for glasses or viewing aids.

While some types of display are limited to a single viewer (sitting in a fixed position), NewSight's technology is a 'multiview' system allowing multiple viewers to enjoy the same 3D effect from a range of viewing angles and distances. This type of system operates on 8 or 9 camera views (rather than the standard 2), allowing viewers to walk around the screen whilst maintaining the 3D effect.
